Spence Rogers
Spence Rogers is the creator of the PEAK Teaching for Excellence Model™ and President of Peak Learning Systems.

Spence is known internationally for his work in building high performance classrooms and learning environments. He is helping to make performance excellence for all kids a reality through enhanced student motivation, aligned curriculum, effective assessment and research-supported brain-compatible instruction. He is an award-winning instructor, staff developer and author of six best selling resources. Spence is consistently recognized for his abilities to make what he teaches theoretically sound and immensely practical.

Chane Beam
Chane Beam is a National Board Certified Social Studies Teacher with over 20 years of experience in education. In addition, he has served as social studies department chair, athletic director and head boys basketball coach for his high school. Chane also led training sessions for teachers transitioning into education from another career and helped write the United States History Essential Learnings in his district. He has been with PEAK since 2005 and this is his second year as an Educational Project Leader.

Renée Brice
Renée Brice has over 18 years of experience in education, during which she has served as a middle and high school teacher as well as Science Department Chair. Renée is a recipient of North Carolina State University’s Inspirational Teacher of the Year award, and served as Cambridge Who’s Who Among Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs. Renée has been with PEAK since 2005 and this is her first year as an Educational Project Leader.
